Dirty Dozen Payment and cancellations terms
The following payment and cancellation terms form part of our Booking Conditions that become active when we confirm your booking:
25% of total invoice value (Deposit is Non-Refundable)
25% of total invoice 12 Months Before Departure
50% of total invoice 6 Months Before Departure
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, in which case payment details will be confirmed by Dirty Dozen Expeditions Inc in your booking confirmation, payments will be due within the following time-frames, depending on the type of booking you make.
DD TRIP POSTPONEMENT TERMS
When an existing travel contract with us is amended and departure dates postponed, we reserve the right to hold existing deposits paid against the amended travel contract without making cash refunds. All deposits held will be honoured against the amended contract of travel.
DD CANCELLATION TERMS
Since we incur costs in cancelling your arrangements, unless specifically agreed otherwise, in which case payment details will be confirmed by Dirty Dozen Expeditions in your booking confirmation, you will have to pay the cancellation charges as follows:
25% of total invoice value is non-refundable
50% of total invoice is non-refundable 9 Months Before Departure
100% of total invoice is non-refundable 6 Months Before Departure
Please note that amendment charges are not refundable in any circumstances.
