Travel Schedule 

8 - DAY TRAVEL SCHEDULE

Day 1 - Embarkation Day

We highly recommend that you plan to arrive in San Cristobal (SCY) 48-hours prior to embarkation.

Airport arrival, transfer to expedition vessel and lunch.

Boat briefing, paperwork, an overview of safety and emergency procedures.   

Equipment setup.

Afternoon check out dive carried out in a sheltered bay in an excellent shallow spot, at a max depth of 9m (30ft).

Day 2 - Diving

2 dives per day of up to 180-minutes each, with a minimum 4-hour surface interval.

Two morning dives at Punta Carrion. 

Afternoon land tour of North Seymour Island. 

Cruise north during the evening.

Days 3 & 4 - Diving

2 dives per day of up to 180-minutes each, with a minimum 4-hour surface interval.

Two dives at Darwin Island.

Day 5 - Diving

2 dives per day of up to 180-minutes each, with a minimum 4-hour surface interval.

Two dives at Wolf Island.

Cruise south during the evening.

Day 6 - Diving

2 dives per day of up to 180-minutes each, with a minimum 4-hour surface interval.

Morning dive at Roca Redonda. 

Afternoon dive at Punta Vicente Roca.

Day 7 - Diving

2 dives per day of up to 180-minutes each, with a minimum 4-hour surface interval.

Two dives at Cabo Douglas.

Wash, dry, and pack kit.

Settle onboard sales bill.

Day 8 - Disembarkation Day

Visit to tortoise ranch.

Transfer to San Cristobal airport.

Flight out.

There is no need to stay overnight in San Cristobal after the trip.

  • Accommodation during the cruise

  • CCR Exclusive itinerary with up to 4 hours diving per day

  • A Dirty Dozen Expedition Leader onboard every charter

  • 24/7 support from The Dirty Dozen. We will be there every step of the way for you from the first email to the last dive

  • Transfers between Airport and expedition vessel on the day of embarkation

  • Transfer between expedition vessel and Airport on the day of disembarkation


Additional costs:

  • Marine and Port fees: $100USD (subject to change) - Upon arrival to the islands, a park officer will collect the National Park fee of $100USD (cash only)

  • Ingala Transfer Card: $25USD (subject to change) - You must go to the INGALA booth at the airport in Ecuador (Quito or Guayaquil) with your valid plane ticket to Galapagos. After paying the $25USD administration fee you will receive your TCC ("Transit Control Card")

  • Flights

  • Galapagos Onboard Services Package (subject to change) - Unlimited O2 and Sofnolime, CCR Cylinders, bailout cylinder, and Ecuadorian Marine Park Naturalist CCR-Guide (required by local law). This is a mandatory fixed fee

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

25% of total invoice value (deposit is non-refundable)
