Dear Dirty Dozen Team Member,
As always we hope this message finds you happy and well. With 2021 on the horizon and 2020 almost behind us, a year most of us will be happy to forget about, forever, the team at DD HQ is starting to see the light through the storm.
While reflecting on the year, we would like to take the chance to say a HUGE thank you to all our guests that have had to reschedule your trip in 2020. We honestly cannot believe how understanding you have all been and we appreciate your kindness and loyalty. We really have the best team and we love you all!
With a 100% rescheduling success rate no further than 12 months from the original date of departure with every single customer, our trips are going ahead full steam with the same special guests and custom itineraries as were before postponement. Check out the calendars below!
Having said that, there are some really big changes ahead behind the closed door, and the brevity of this newsletter reflects that. We are working really hard to bring some big changes into the new year and we are so excited to be able to tell you all about it in due course.
This does not mean you will not hear from us next Friday with a lot more updates on what else is new, but for now we have to get back to it!
